Firefly was amazing. If anyone is ever in Panama City, you must try it. Pictures shown are: sauteed gulf grouper; it came with shallots, fresh corn, grape tomatoes, sherry cream and jumbo lump crab sauce with a haystack of potatoes ... it was delicious. Twin lobster tails, one tempura fried and one broiled; pepper crusted filet mignon, with cream cheese, feta, spinach and bacon ... it came with oven roasted potato and red pepper hash and a red wine reduction. Last but not least, the espresso & tomato braised free range Texas boar shank, with wild mushroom risotto and a chipotle-honey drizzle. They also had amazing drinks, and we had the white chocolate creme brulee for dessert. When we left, I felt like I was drunk on food. Might also have been the scotch though....
